Conducted a competitive audit to understand how leading apparel and outdoor brands use creators and to identify opportunities for Duluth Trading Co.’s future influencer strategy. The research examined Carhartt, Columbia, Dickies, Lands’ End, and Free People, comparing creator types, content styles, formats, and product integration.
